Well - doing strategies

I really love the topic of ‘well – being’ and done a fair bit of research on it in educational contexts. I’ve got thousands of different inputs from students whom have devised and proposed their own well – being strategies to flourish.

The process of generating your own well being strategies that contribute towards your own flourishing is crucial.

Sure you can test out proposed solutions, ‘borrow’ from what you’ve learnt.

In the end though you may wanna consider uniquely packaging it for you.
