Switch it off

From the moment you wake to the moment you call it for the today a lot of opportunities to focus and get distracted will present themselves.
There is a level of choice you can bring to that.
Case in point.
Recently I had a chat with a student leader who had moved into a new apartment. It was well equipped and furnished including a new tv mounted onto the wall.
What’s funny + focused about that is the the tv had not been switched on once since he’d moved in and the remote control was still in the packaging.
Why?
Clarity of focus + no need to watch tv.

Knowing what’s really important to you and acting on getting better at that gives you clarity, which practiced regularly gives you momentum.
Whether a tv or something else…what needs to be kept off right now?
