At the time of writing this I’ve just come off the bat of a really good reflective journaling session.
An uninterrupted space to connect with what’s most important and of high value and impact.
One of the reflective questions posed was this…
What are the most important and vital actions right now that will contribute towards my potential and well – being?
I had an entire list of possibilities.
The discipline was to limit the selection and hone in on the vital few…
You could kinda call it setting deliberate ‘limitations’ on the possibilities.
And by that this is what we mean…
“Principle 1: By setting limitations, we must choose the essential. So in everything you do, learn to set limitations. Principle 2: By choosing the essential, we create great impact with minimal resources. Always choose the essential to maximize your time and energy.”
Brainstorm all the possibilities that could contribute towards your potential and well – being over the next week or two.
What are the most important and vital actions that will contribute towards your potentail + well – being?
Identify them, prioritize them, schedule them and then honour them.
