As a kid, sprinting was my thing.
One day I had a race.
I was up against another kid, my mate.
As we were getting to the finish line I was at my speediest while he started to take off.
Bottom line, I came second (mind you there were only two of us).
Even though it hurt, I loved running and got better at taking a loss.
“The reason you can’t commit to anything is because it hurts you too much if it fails. Success means putting everything on the line and, if it doesn’t work out, doing it again. And again. No blaming. No excuses.” ~ Barry Michels & Phil Stutz
What needs your commitment even more today regardless?
