Relaxed concentration

At the time of writing this, it’s a beautiful Saturday morning. We’ve just had breakfast as a family together and now we are all in ‘extra mile’ mode in learning.

Our three little kids are studying maths whilst prancing about.

I’m sitting at a table with my feet up writing.

Why am I sharing this?

“The player of the inner game comes to value the art of relaxed concentration above all other skills, discovering a true basis for self confidence and learning that the secret to winning any game lies in not trying to hard.” (Gallwey)

Deep, single minded work is definitely a winning strategy.

Yet within that there’s also room to bring a relaxed poise to that.

How can you had a sprinkle of relaxed confidence next time you concentrate?
