Regaining your edge

At the time of writing this there is a power cut. The cut in power need though not interrupt my game plan of potential.

Whether a power cut, a disruption, distraction or unexpected, you can always summon ways to regain focus and concentrate on ‘what’s important now.’

In fact its an essential skill to reduce the time between a distraction or unexpected and regaining the power of concentration necessary to hone your potential.

“Let all your acts and thoughts have the intensity and power of concentration”

~ Theron Q. Dumont

What do you need to do to get so single mindedly focused on what you want to do + focus in on the next crucial steps to completion?

Might mean removing distractions, adding reminders, moving to a conducive space to work, time block etc.

Whatever your strategies for concentration….work em.

Work em now.
