Reframing fear

When was the last time you felt fear?

For me, it started to kick in a few days ago as I was waiting in a lounge area before making a pitch.

I recognized the butterflies that started to happen, took some nice deep nasal breaths, had a glass of water, smiled and then remembered the picture of the performance I was seeking to express.

Then kinda switched off and all was well.

“What holds us back? What stops us from acting on our values? The answer is FEAR. No, not fear, but FEAR, an acronym that stands for:


E—Excessive goals

A—Avoidance of discomfort

R—Remoteness from values”
