Process, then results

Over lunch recently with my partner we were talking about progress in relation to an ongoing project.

The nice thing about that conversation was the exclusive focus on progress made and intended progress possible to focus on in future. While we’ve got a bigger picture that is clear for us, that was not the main feature of the conversation. The next step was the name of the game.

“Focusing on progress and not results is the fastest way to reach high levels of success.”
