I've been having some very cool conversations with 'students of potential' in person and online.
Here is a reflection shared from a student who was really deeply thinking about Thinking Big and yet playing small (incremental steps).
..."Actions taken NOW whether how small will lead to bigger things through consistency".
Consistent = acting or done in the same way over time, especially so as to be fair or accurate.
Author James Clear has a very similar take....
“Follow the curve of tiny gains or tiny losses, and see how your daily choices will compound ten or twenty years down the line.”
Follow the day with tiny moves towards or away from your possibilities and potentials.
Imagine the toward version of 'you'.
Now imagine the 'away from' version.
Which one do you want?
Define, discover and develop your potential over years.
