What do you believe about yourself?
Any limiting beliefs you got that are holding ya back?
Sometimes we catch our 3 year old saying “I can’t”
Then we reply.
“Come on, course you can.”
Another one we started introducing was…
Mirror affirmations. Basically saying self - affirming statements whilst looking in the mirror at you!
The kids got this one from their Grandfather in Ireland.
An added one to boost their confidence daily.
Any yet here’s the kicker.
