Morning routine

What’s your ‘sequence’ when you wake up in the morning?
A couple of years ago I was checking out authors perspectives on rising early and how they spend their morning.
Came across Hal Elrod’s work.
Part of his approach includes the application each morning of what he calls Life S.A.V.E.R.S.
They are:
•Silence
• Affirmations
• Visualization
• Exercise
• Reading
• Scribing
Hal says try and have these in play each morning before you start your day, even if just for a few moments each.
