Control thyself - Give three examples where you are regularly self-controlled.
Give thyself - Give three examples of where you regularly give of yourself to other people.

Let me give an example here.
I KNOW that if I’m up before the family then (i) I’ve more time to define, discover and develop and (ii) be ready for them when they get up.
I CONTROL my ability to get up and get over the ‘hump’ of the snooze button so as to show up.
I GIVE of my myself,- once they are awake from breakfast through to getting them ready for school to pack lunches.
KNOWING + CONTROLLING + GIVING = TREMENDOUS IMPACT.
