Keep concentrating

Recently we took our little ones to a new karate school.

Our daughter was the only girl in the class. It did not matter to her and it did not matter to us.

The moment the training started she was laser focused, a fierce determination in eye and ready and keen to keep going.

She is only six years old.

If a six year old can have such a level of concentration there is nothing stopping you or I.

What may have helped was the following….

She was in a conducive space for learning + focus + no cell phone! + knew the purpose of being there + wanted to be there.
