Highest Priorities


How often do you wake up with crystal clear clarity?

How much time do you spend acting with great clarity towards something?

Consider this…

Grab a piece of paper and brainstorm all the things you could do. See if amongst them you can circle a handful of vital few which if completed would contribute greatly towards your potential and well being.


It may be things like drink 2 litres of water (if that’s your thing), read 5 pages of a textbook etc.


Whatever it is, once circled, number them in order of priority from 1- (however many are on your priority list). Try and keep this to a small number e.g. 3-5.

Once ordered add the approximate amount of time it would take to complete each one of these tasks.


Then if you really wanna get specific schedule in the precise time you’d do each of these.

P.s. no harm in visualizing yourself completing each one of these n also anticipating the obstacle for each one prior and then making a plan to overcome that.
