Get in the mood

I recently started a martial arts practice.

The kick off was 5.30 am.

Whilst familiar with training, this specific type of class at this specific time of the morning was new.

Was I in the mood? Kind of, yet because of the newness there was a level of hesitancy to get going.

What was important was that I was aware of that and new I just had to start. That’s all.

Just start and once moving the momentum would kick in.
