I watched one Friday morning as a colleague sat to map out a plan through a diary.
Was inspiring to see and yet there’s a catch attached to that process.
“The power of a plan is not that it will get you there. The power of a plan is that it will get you started.” (Olson)
When you plan does it get you started?
There is no plan that will carry you all the way to the finish line.
You know what will?
Sure…plan, map, get solution focused, get back up.
Yet realize this.
There comes a time when you gotta put the pencil n plan down, shut the book and just get plan old gritty.
You willing to do that?
p.s. why wait for Friday to come around? When, where and why will you plan + get gritty after?
