I’ve had a very interesting and inspring experience with an innovative team.
We were invited to participate in an innovative ‘boot camp’ of sorts over a period of time.
The participants were put through their rigours moving onto next rounds and phases.
Here’s the thing.
Before we even arrived on day one we knew one thing.
The preparation, planning, discussion and plan, a,b,c,d,e,f,g was so crystal clear.
Did we have it all figured out?
Of course not.
Adaptability + iteration + immense prep was part of our strategy.
Check this out from Covey.
“Begin with the end in mind” is based on the principle that all things are created twice. There’s a mental or first creation, and a physical or second creation to all things.”
This we applied.
First mover advantage day in and day out.
Consider where you could begin with the end in mind. Then prep it with adaptability and then?
Go create it.
