We all experience a range of emotions.

Sometimes those feelings can contribute towards us feeling more resourceful, exhiliareted, inspired...and other times less.

Maybe that's kinda okay? Part of the deal...part of the ride.

Goleman who authored the book 'Emotional Intelligence' said this:

"Emotional self awareness is the building block of the next fundamental emotional intelligence: being able to shake off a bad mood."

Think about that. Is there anything you could try out today or this week that may help you shake off a 'bad mood'?

How about last week. Where were those times you felt most encouraged? What were you doing?

Being aware of what floats our boat and what sinks our ship is quite important.

More awareness, MORE POTENTIAL.
