Phil says there are 3 types of discipline:
1. Reactive Discipline
2. Structural Discipline
3. Expansive Discipline
Reactive Discipline = the ability to pause between a stimulus and an automatic response so as to choose a better response.
Structural Discipline = behaviours and habits day in and day out to enable you to expand your potential through consistency.
Expansive Discipline = the ability to take steps and strides beyond our comfort zone and in the process grow.
All three forms of discipline, reactive, structural and expansive have a place.
