Defining + Dividing + Doing it daily
Let's apply that.
What is your greatest learning goal right now? Define it.
Divide your greatest learning goal into segments/or milestones (e.g. monthly/weekly, termly, quarterly).
What are some significant milestones along your journey to that learning goal that you want to accomplish?
DO IT DAILY
Do it daily - identify the steps you can work on each day that would have the most impact on your learning goal ...(whilst at the same time maintaining your well being).
Examples: You may have a milestone for the week you'd like to breakdown into daily goals. You may for example have a reading goal in which you could target reading a certain amount of pages per day or a certain number of minutes of study per month, week or day on your courses.
3D planning + focus + application = enhanced learning.
'Define, divide, do it daily'.
