When is your next deep rest block? A nice time out just to unwind?

This comes from a TED Talk entitled 'The Power of Time Off' by Stefan Sagmeister.
Is there a way to apply that to you daily rest and relaxation? As in, just unplugging so as to 'restore?'
How about tommorrow, your week or month ahead? Is there an opportunity to break out and just chill?
If so, call it, pencil it in and honour it.
Your time for you is important and can make you even better at your 'craft'.
