I recently had a very inspiring conversation with my Father. We were talking about momentum and the impotarnace of mental rehearsal prior to performance.
A take away from that was the reminder that mental rehearsal, especially for intended high performance cannot be a one time deal.

What favourable belief about you needs reminding regularly?
How often do you do that…e.g…. daily, weekly, once in a blue moon?
P.s less blue moon and more daily favourable self – beliefs.
