Think of a future state or scenario you’d like to experience, however big or small.
Now think about the state (feeling) that you’d have whilst in that scenario.
What obstacle have you overcome to get there?
What was the plan you used to overcome it.
Imagine a future you in that scenario speaking to you now.
What advice are they giving you.
p.s. ‘As if’ + identify the obstacle + identify the plan to overcome the obstacle = “As if” in progress.
