Check out this nifty approach to help keep ya consistent….
1. “Ritualize. Make it easy to repeat your behavior. As scientists say, “reduce the variability of your behavior”
2. Recognize. Know that you will encounter obstacles and you can fight through them.
3. Ask Two Questions. “How will I feel if I win this fight-thru?” and 2) “How will I feel if I LOSE this fight-thru.”
4. Life Projection. Ask yourself what your life will look like 5 years from now if you keep ‘winning’. That is push past your ‘fight thrus’. Selk and Bartow
