A pot of well - being

Check out this framework for well – being put together by Professor Seligman, founder of positive psychology.
“Here then is well-being theory: well-being is a construct; and well-being, not happiness, is the topic of positive psychology. Well-being has five measurable elements (PERMA) that count toward it:
Positive emotion (of which happiness and life satisfaction are all aspects)
Engagement
Relationships
Meaning
Achievement
No element defines well-being, but each contributes to it.”
So there it is.
Take a pot of well-being and through in the key ingredients of positive emotions, engagement, relationships (family, friends, connections), meaning and achievement and stir well.
Which one is strongest for you + which one do you need to add more of to the pot?
